Products > Welding electrode systems Wet Mixer BOLZ 160 The BOLZ 160 wet mixer is a high-performance double-jacketed mixer specifically designed for cooling and/or heating mixed materials. With a capacity of 115 litres and a total volume of 160 litres, it enables the efficient and uniform processing of a wide variety of materials. The solid Z-shaped mixing blades made of V2A stainless cast chrome steel ensure an intensive and homogeneous mixing result, whilst the hydraulic discharge system guarantees convenient and clean handling. The mixer is ready for connection to existing cooling and heating systems and features a safety lid lock that immediately switches off the drive motor when opened. The equipment is complemented by a feed and dust extraction connection. With a motor power of 8.0 kW, an additional 1.5 kW tilting motor and an electrical connection for 220/440 V at 60 Hz and 3-phase, the BOLZ 160 wet mixer is optimally designed for reliable operation.
