Equipped with a double-cylinder eccentric vibrator and four cylinder chambers, the plant processes batches of 100–200 kg with electrode lengths of 250–450 mm. Following the stripping process, the core wires can be reused immediately, as can the screened mass. The system features two mass outlet pipes and four extraction connections for connection to an external extraction system. A complete control cabinet and a soundproof dust enclosure made of solid sheet steel with three double doors ensure safe and clean operation. The stripping cylinder with perforated inserts, 16 spacer cover plates with quick-release fasteners and 16 round bar inserts for stabilising the electrodes guarantee reliable and efficient processing.
