the tearing and rolling machine serves to steel wool strips on certain lengths to tear down and to roll

• It can be produced pads of 6 - 50 g and 50 - 120 mm wide be produced

• the roll machine is fixed at the tearing machine, so the machine can be taken in / out of operation

The steel wool chopper we developed has a special suction system that prevents fires.
It is used to shred steel wool, copper and aluminum wool into the desired powder size.
The steel wool can be fed directly from the steel wool machine or through coiled bobbins.

The condition is as good as new.

Automatic Electrode Unloading System

The automatic unloading system is positioned downstream of the conveyor belt and consists of the following components:

• Intermediate conveyor (2 m long) serving as the infeed conveyor
• Machine body with integrated frame lifting system and paternoster unloading mechanism
• Machine control system

Note: The furnace is loaded manually.
