Cyclone Cylinder Screener BOLZ 500/200 S

The BOLZ 500/200 S vortex cylinder sieve machine impresses with its compact design, high efficiency and a capacity of 200 litres. The enclosed machine body ensures clean and safe operation, whilst the well-thought-out design allows for particularly quick cleaning by simply pulling out the mixing shaft and the sieves. Replacing the screens is also quick and straightforward, which significantly reduces downtime.

The machine is driven by a powerful 1.5 kW three-phase motor, which uses a V-belt to ensure a speed of approx. 600 rpm. The robust construction from St 37 steel and the electrical connection for 220/380 V at 50 Hz make the screening machine a reliable solution for continuous use in production.
