Its horizontally designed construction with wire feeding at a 35° angle, combined with the double-cylinder system, enables short filling times and near-continuous production. The machine operates with a pressing pressure of up to 300 bar and is equipped with two cylinders (35 liters each). It is configured as standard for electrodes with diameters of 3.2 mm and 4.0 mm. The system is powered by a 30 kW motor (220/380 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase). The actual production output depends on the electrode coating compound used as well as the diameter of the electrode core wire. The machine is designed for operation with 220/380 volts at 50/60 Hz. Available electrode diameters: 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm, and 6.0 mm.
