Products > Welding electrode systems High Performance Dryer BOLZ DT 660/450 The BOLZ DT 660/45 high-performance dryer is designed for the gentle and uniform drying of electrodes under neutral conditions and operates within a temperature range of 50 to 450 °C. The operating temperature can be flexibly adjusted between 80 and 450 °C, allowing the dryer to be optimally adapted to different requirements. The robust oven housing, made of solid sheet steel with 200 mm thick mineral wool insulation, ensures high energy efficiency and even heat distribution. The tightly welded inner housing and insulated drying doors with silicone seals guarantee safe and low-loss operation. A powerful air circulation system with a hot gas recirculation fan (10,000 m³/h) and a balanced centrifugal fan impeller ensures a constant temperature throughout the entire interior. The fully automatic forced-air gas burner with an output of 80,000–90,000 kcal/h, together with the comprehensively equipped control cabinet featuring temperature control, protective circuits and an automatic gas ignition system, enables reliable, precisely controllable and safe continuous operation.
